Ms. Cole's first grade class gave Thanksgiving a Charlie Brown twist. We watched the classic Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and then shared in the same feast Charlie Brown and his friends did. We told each other what we were thankful for and had a great time.
Halloween Parade
On Halloween, East students paraded through the middle school. The students loved seeing neighbors, siblings, cousins, and friends!

Turkey Disguise Contest
Mrs. Ceja’s 1st grade read How To Catch an Elf and used the book to help them brainstorm ideas for a trap of their own!  Groups made a sketch, gathered supplies, made adjustments, and tried out their elf traps!

The Kelloggsville High School choir visited East Elementary in early December to perform and lead us in a holiday sing along.  The third grade Rocket Choir performed with them singing Silent Night as they sang a song called Peace, Peace.
