New Students

Welcome to Kelloggsville!

We are excited to have you join our community! At this time, our registration for new students is a physical paperwork process.

You will need to schedule an appointment to visit the school building that you would like to enroll your students in. There, you will complete your student's enrollment paperwork. Face masks will be required by the state mandate. Please bring the following with you:

• Student's Birth Certificate
• Student's Shot Records
• Picture ID; license, state ID, etc.
• Student's Transcript for Grades 10-12
• (2) Proofs of residency:
  • Current utility bill
  • Lease agreement
  • Mortgage
  • Recent mailing with name and address
  • Voter registration, etc.
