Rocket Registration
Rocket Registration will be held Tuesday, August 9th from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. at Kelloggsville High School 4787 South Division Grand Rapids, MI 49548.
Returning students will be returning updated paperwork and picking up their schedules (for KHS & KMS students). Please verify or make any changes needed to your students' Registration Form and a Household Information Survey and sign both documents. If you have an address change, please attach 2- pieces of residency with your forms. For example, a lease agreement, gas bill, etc. Please return these two documents with proof of residency. Thank you for all your help in making sure we have the correct information for your student.
New students and families will be submitting their paperwork for enrollment. If you are enrolling a new student, please have the following to register your student:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Two (2) proofs of residency: current utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage, recent mailing with name and address, voter registration, etc.
- Picture ID; license, state ID, etc.
- Immunization record
- Copy of transcript (Grades 10-12 only)
KINDERGARTEN SCREENING
If you will be enrolling a potential Young 5 or Kindergarten student, please bring them with you on that day. We will be offering screening in order to place them in their correct grade.

This research‑based survey, developed in collaboration with Kent ISD, helps us better understand school climate, safety, belonging, and engagement. The feedback gathered is completely anonymous and supports planning and improvement efforts across our district so we can continue creating strong learning environments for students and staff.

Rocket 11 students are caring for others, able to thrive in the face of adversity, and selfless in their actions. They are compassionate, resilient, and selfless. We are excited to honor these students who are more than a 10!
